Your equipment salesman wants you to think he has taken care of everything and most manufacturers do an excellent job of delivering a top notch piece of equipment. Air and water flow sensors must be installed exactly as specified to be accurate and even then installation particulars can render a flow which is different from what was seen on the factory's bench. Some sensors simply must be field calibrated - so if you have replaced the same sensor several times with a factory calibrated unit and are still having the same problem give us a call.

Pulsating flow can cause instrument and sensor readings to fluctuate. Long averaging durations(sample rates) can give the appearance of actual flow but a sensitive piece of equipment could starve or drown at some point in the cycle. We can examine your system and suggest options to restore stable laminar flow giving you consistent control of downstream processes.

We offer datalogging services allowing you to compare your software logs to another data set. Our reasonable rates can allow you to sample adjacent/unmonitored areas to verify the conditions and to determine if you need to place permanent monitoring in these places. We have logged data for periods up to one year and for as little as a couple of hours.
